Me and Elaine

Elaine Pagels is one of the scholars who first drew me into the fascinating world of early Christianity beyond the New Testament. Her work is remarkably accessible while opening up some of the biggest questions about the diversity of the earliest Christian movement. I’d thoroughly recommend this one. You can also check out my interview with Elaine here, where we explore her work and the world of early Christianity in much more detail.
